Some parts shine, others fall flat

The onsen offers breathtaking views at night, perfect for relaxation! ! The staff provided multiple pillow options to enhance comfort, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning had issues and was quite noisy. The room also felt dated with a lingering musty smell, detracting from the experience.

The Skyspa on the top floor offers an indoor and outdoor experience that’s especially stunning at night with views of the city lights. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Okaido shopping gallery, making it easy to access restaurants and convenience stores.

While the bath experience was fantastic, the lack of a view from the windows was a downside. privacy is appreciated, but a bit of scenery would have enhanced the relaxing experience. Some English-speaking guests might find communication a little tricky, but patience goes a long way. Air filtration in the rooms could use improvement to keep things fresh.

The onsen spa on the 13th floor offers a relaxing experience with beautiful views of the city, especially at night. Breakfast provided a delightful variety of food options, including complimentary bread that was a nice touch. However, the air conditioning could be noisy at night, which detracted from the otherwise comfortable atmosphere.

Candeo Hotels boasts a great location just a short walk from Matsuyama Castle and adjacent to the Okaido shopping gallery, offering numerous dining and shopping options. The highlight of my stay was the Skyspa on the rooftop, featuring both indoor and outdoor facilities that provided stunning views of the city, especially at night. The staff members were helpful and polite, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere during my visit.

The bed linens could be improved for better comfort.

I truly enjoyed my stay thanks to the unbeatable location right next to Okaido station and a vibrant shopping street. The room was well-equipped and clean. Best of all, the onsen on the top floor provided spectacular views while I relaxed.

Absolutely loved the breakfast selection with freshly made options! The compact bathroom was surprisingly comfortable, but I did notice a musty smell in the room. I'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room for 2 nights and really loved the comfy beds. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for a compact setup. The bathroom was slightly larger and worked out well. Just wish the air conditioning wasn’t so noisy at night. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, which was a nice bonus!

candeo hotels has a great location, just a short stroll to the castle chairlift and next to the undercover shopping street. the modern lobby on the 12th floor was really nice, with plenty of complimentary items like tea and coffee. I particularly loved the separate public baths. they provided a relaxing experience after a long day.
